This accommodation are fantastic. If I and my wife would live closer to this fantastic area we would come again and we would stay much longer to relax. I will recommend it to my friends.

The Cabins was awesome. Close to the beach, nice quaint and cozy. The perfect getaway. Ron was really nice, friendly & helpful. I hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did.

We really enjoyed our time here. Everything is amazing, especially for someone coming from New York!

Ahhh, Cabin # 6. What a luxurious and relaxing getaway. You’ve definitely thought of everything a guest might need. The calm itself is wonderful and the surrounding serene. We’ve had a fabulous time. Feeling recharged and ready for anything.

This morning I was awoken by the stirrings of our two year old- ready for another fantastic day of flying kites, digging in the sand and enjoying the wonderful setting. Immediately he asked if the ‘sun was up and if the beach was on.” I said it was and we headed down the walkway in our pyjamas to view the beach here by mornings early light. He put his head on my shoulder and for a full five minutes we stood in silence watching the waves roll up onto the rocks. Five minutes of peace & tranquility with a two year old; this truly is an awe-inspiring spot!

Neat to open up this book and see my own writing on the first page of the journal from this same week last year! At that time we were three; myself and my husband Aaron, with our 2 year old son Ronin. This year we returned as 4, with our newest addition Kairo, age 6 months. We were married in Ucluelet on May 10th and continue to return here each year (four years now!) to celebrate our anniversary & Mother’s Day. I have travelled to many places all over the world and am still always amazed at the beauty of Ucluelet. This is truly one of the most spectacular places in this world! I am filled with gratitude that my boys will get to grow up with this place – sea plane rides to natural hot springs, Cougar Annie’s Garden (amazing!!!), seeing bears 7 whales in their natural environment, delighting in the abundance of life in a tiny tidepool, treasure hunting along gorgeous beaches, and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves and the smell of fresh ocean air. How lucky we are to experience a beautiful place like this!

Once again our stay at “The Cabins” has been wonderful. Celebrating New Year with the family, grandchildren & friends is like nothing else on earth. I like to rise early & sit in the bathtub while the day unfolds — amazing. Thanks Ron & Staff you are all lovely people & take care of us well. See you next year.

New Year’s lock for next year me thinks…but next time we’ll pack a little lighter and stay a little longer…to explore this beautiful place.

Our last morning here – we enjoyed our trip to The Cabins as we do each year – this being our 4th stay! We will definitely be back soon. Enjoy! Thanks Ron!

This Cabin has been the perfect place to unwind, do nothing, and leave the real world of work and chores behind. My husband and I and his parents came up here to celebrate and relax after my husband’s return from a 7 month deployment with the Navy. Oh, and we can’t forget our dog, Heidi, who enjoyed the walks more than anyone else in the family and “protected” the cabin from raccoons and squirrels! We hope to come back soon!

Weary travelers on the road of life; stop here, sip the rose sunsets. Put your feet up-trod no more the well worn habits of mind and body. Cast off the hair shirt of work and let the playful sun shower peace and tranquillity upon your thirsty soul. Listen- just listen to the ocean’s lullaby, caressing your spirit, lifting your wings. Take heart to know that you might leave here, but here never leaves you. When you return to the city walk the sidewalks as if you’re on Long Beach, explore the office with delight of searching of shells, and let your kite fly higher and higher, carrying you to the sun.
