POLICIES

The Cabins at Terrace Beach Booking Policies

• All rates are * based on single or double occupancy (one or two guests in the cabin).
   
• Additional people (age of 6 years and over) add $20 per night. A maximum of 6 people per 2 bedroom cabins: A maximum of 4 people per 1 bedroom cabin and suites.
   
• Pets are always welcome based on availability of space. A $20.00 per pet, per night policy will be applied for pets. Owners are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning charges. Pets MUST be on a leash while on common grounds at The Cabins. Owners will need to sign our 'common sense' pet policy upon check-in.
   
• All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation (before tax). Deposit accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
   
• The remaining 50% or outstanding balance plus all taxes are to be paid upon check-in.
   
• 28 day advance cancellation notice required for deposit refund, less $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations made with less than 28 days notice may only receive credit for days that can be re-booked.
   
• Date changes are only possible based upon availability. Date changes are subject to a $25.00 administration Fee.
   
• No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures
   
• All rates are quoted in Canadian funds.
   
• All rates subject to a tax slightly under 15% (2% additional hotel room tax  + 12% HST )
   
• Check-in 3:00 to 6:00 PM, Checkout 11:00 AM
   
• Late arrivals after 6:00 PM please make prior arrangements with the Check in office. The Check in office can be reached by emailing info@thecabins.ca or by calling toll free 1-866-GET-HERE (438-4373)
   
• All cabins & suites are non-smoking.
