The duo behind Crisp at Terrace Beach

Keziah, from the UK, and Martin, from France, met over six years ago while traveling through Australia. Since then, they’ve been inseparable - marrying, exploring the world, and building a life around their shared love of food, wine, and meaningful hospitality.

From roadside meals in Central America to Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, they believe in the power of food and drink to connect people to place, culture, and each other. Crisp is their way of sharing that passion with others - celebrating the beauty of the West Coast through vibrant plates, thoughtful wines, and unforgettable experiences.

We had a lovely meal the last night of our stay at the cabins, the food and wine was incredible. Thoughtfully prepared with some ingredients one might not usually encounter regularly but being adventurous to try them paid off! Martin and Keziah were delightful hosts and we enjoyed our conversation with them before leaving for the evening.

We had such a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly genuine — warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Every interaction felt sincere, and they genuinely cared about making our experience special. The food was so fine: full of fresh local ingredients (with a hint of French flair) and, pairing with local wines is a must. You can taste the dedication in every bite of the 6-course menu. We have been charmed by this crisp and true island experience. It’s rare to find so much heartfelt authenticity in both the team and the food! We left feeling appreciated, satisfied, and eager to come back. Highly recommended for anyone who a values dedicated service and outstanding food!
