Craig has worked for over 30 years in the hospitality industry. With experience in everything from being a cook, server, Sommelier and General Manager it's safe to say he has a deep passion for food & wine. He is also an avid outdoor sports enthusiast dabbling in skiing, surfing, mountain biking, dirt biking and the newest passion of Wing foiling, just to name a few. He loves to travel and usually spends half the year doing so.
